I created a basic model in Miro to show how this will work.
The rectangles represent system users.
Rounded boxes are system data.
Arrows are user and system actions.
This provides a very high level of the idea and scope. We can start asking questions about what data needs to be stored, interfaces to create, and system operations.
There are more details to be added that we discover by stepping through the system.
